By using or buying from the Sadu store, you agree to these terms.
Products: every piece is made after you order by a production partner and carries Sadu-inspired machine embroidery, not Sadu weaving. Dyed colours vary slightly from piece to piece, the signs are stitched in standard embroidery threads close to their colours, and images are for illustration. Meanings of the signs are given as the sources tell them; our own readings are marked "our reading".
The designs and Sadu motifs: The embroidery designs shown are original designs prepared by Sadu by miniblank, inspired by traditional Sadu motifs. They are not Sadu weaving and not handwoven products. The brand claims no right in the traditional Sadu motifs themselves; its rights are limited to its own designs. The embroidery is machine-made.
Prices and payment: prices are shown in your local currency where available, otherwise in Saudi riyals, and include shipping; orders are paid in full at purchase. The carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country's rules; Sadu does not receive them.
Order acceptance: you receive an email confirmation after ordering. If we can't fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Pieces not yet open: pieces from coming drops are shown with their opening date and cannot be ordered before it.
Shipping and delivery: we ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman under our shipping policy.
Cancellations and replacements: you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind; we make it right for damaged, defective or wrong items and lost parcels under our replacements and refunds policy.
Intellectual property: the original embroidery designs, text and images in this store belong to Sadu by miniblank and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. This does not extend to the traditional Sadu motifs themselves: they are heritage, and the brand claims no right in them.
Privacy: we handle your data under our privacy policy.
Changes: we may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to your order.
